385 Realty operates the 385 Realty application and related web service. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the service.
Information we process
Location information
When you choose “Use current location,” the app requests foreground precise or approximate location access. The location is used to set the center of the map and retrieve nearby property-market reference data. Location access is optional; you may instead search by address or select a point on the map. The app does not request background location access.
385 Realty does not associate location information with a user account and does not use it for advertising or tracking.
Technical information
Our servers and infrastructure providers may temporarily process technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, access time, requested URLs, and diagnostic logs. This information is used only for service delivery, security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Accounts and saved information
The app does not provide user accounts. It does not ask users to submit names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment-card information, or property details. Search conditions and map selections are not saved to a personal profile.
How information is used
- Provide address search, map display, and nearby property-market references.
- Protect the service and prevent abuse.
- Diagnose errors and maintain service reliability.
We do not sell personal information and do not use location information for advertising.
Service providers
The service uses infrastructure and map services necessary to operate the app. Map content is provided using OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap data. These providers may receive technical request information, including IP address, according to their own privacy practices. Official Japanese real-estate reference data is sourced from public-sector datasets.
Retention and deletion
Current-location coordinates are used for the requested search and are not stored in a user account or retained as a location history by 385 Realty. Limited server and security logs may be retained temporarily as necessary for operation, security, and troubleshooting, and are then deleted or overwritten.
Because the app has no user accounts or saved personal profiles, it normally has no account data available for user-directed deletion. Questions or deletion requests concerning identifiable support communications or server records may be sent to the contact address below.
Security
The service uses HTTPS encryption for data transmitted between the app and its servers and applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Children
385 Realty is intended for adults researching real estate and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
